Ingredients:
125g Sunflower seeds
100g Pumpkin seeds
75g Chia seed
75g Sesame seeds (mix of black and light)
50g Flax seeds
1 tsp sea salt
1,5 tbsp za’atar spice ( spice mixture) can use other dried herbs
300 ml water

Process:
Preheat the oven at 170º Celsius fan.
Mix all the dry ingredients together, add the water and mix well and let the mixture absorb the water.
Place a baking paper on a baking tray, scoop the mixture out on the baking tray and use another piece of baking paper to press the mixture evenly out onto the full baking tray.
Let it bake for 1 hour or until golden.
Let it cool off and break it into pieces.
Makes up to 20 pieces.
