Pickled Red onions with Coriander Seeds


2 big red onions, halved and thinly sliced 

250ml white vinegar

3 tbsp cane sugar

1 tsp coriander seeds

Salt and Pepper 



Poor the vinegar, coriander seeds, sugar, salt and pepper into a pot and turn up the heat and when the mixture is boiling and the sugar is dissolved.

Place the onion in a  jar and poor the vinegar mixture over and close it tight and place in the fridge.
