Frittata with Dukkah, Kale & Spinach

Ingredients:

 

4 egg whites
6 whole eggs
1 handful spinach
1 handful kale
8 cherry tomatoes
50g feta cheese
1 tbsp Dukkah
Salt & pepper

Frittata with Dukkah, Kale & Spinach

Process:

 

Heat up the oven to 180º Celsius
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except tomatoes and feta.
Poor the mixture into a small baking tray add the tomatoes and feta on the top. Bake for 25 -30 minutes or until it is cooked through.

Serves 3
