Red Velvet Bliss Balls

Ingredients :

 

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
80g pitted dates
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp raw cocoa
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp beetroot powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp herbal tea or water

To roll the bites in:
1 tsp beetroot powder
2 tbsp desiccated coconut

 

Red Velvet Bliss Balls

Process:

 

Place the seeds in a food processor and blend for 20-30 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the processor and blend until a dry paste you can form with your hands into balls. Roll the protein bites in the mixture of coconut and beetroot powder and place in the fridge.

Can keep the refrigerated for 5-6 days.
