Matcha Protein Bliss Bites (Nut Free)

Ingredients:

 

8 Medoojl dates, pitted and cut into 3 pieces
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 scoop protein powder (chocolate)
2 tbsp herbal tea / water, maybe start with 1 tbsp and add the second if needed

1/4-1/2 tsp matcha powder
3 tbsp desiccated coconut

Matcha Protein Bliss Bites

 


Process:

 

Place pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds in a food processor and blend for 30 seconds or until it looks like flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it’s like a paste and possible to roll into balls.
Mix the matcha and coconut well and cover the Bliss Bites in the mixture.
Place in the fridge until serving.
