Ingredients:
200ml Coconut Milk or another nut milk
1 tsp fresh turmeric juice or ground turmeric
1 tsp fresh ginger juice or ground ginger
1 big tsp coconut oil
A pinch of black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Process:
Heat the coconut milk up but not boiling add the turmeric, ginger, black pepper and cinnamon, stir for a while until all it’s well mixed. Add the coconut oil and let it melt while whisking the latte.
Serves warm and with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Makes 1 big cup
