Ingredients:
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp unsalted pistachio nuts
2 tbsp raw cacao
Zest from 1 organic clementine or orange
2,5 scoop / 8 tbsp chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 tbsp water
4-5 tbsp desiccated coconut and some zest from the orange to roll in

Process:
Place all the ingredients in a blender except the water, blend until all is well mixed and a bit dry, add the water 1 tbsp at the time, blend until the mixture stick together and it’s possible to roll small balls. Roll the protein bites in the coconut orange mixture and place in the fridge.
Makes 12-15 bites
