125g shredded coconut
100ml coconut cream
1-2 tsp dried raspberry powder to 10g dried raspberry (blended into flour)
1 big tsp raw licorice powder
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
150g dark chocolate minimum 72% (melted to cover the bars)
1 tsp raw licorice powder and 1-2 tsp dried Raspberry powder to o sprinkle over the melted chocolate
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, shape the coconut mass into bars 1 and place on a pieces board and cool off in the fridge for minimum 2 hours.
Melt the chocolate and use 2 forks so the bar is completely covered with the chocolate place on the board and sprinkle with the -as-berry and raw licorice over when all are covered in chocolate, replace them in the fridge.
