120g dedicated coconut/ shredded coconut
1/2 cup Maple syrup
100g coconut cream
40g unsalted pistachios (blended into flour)
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
100-150g melted dark chocolate 72% to cover the bars.
Mix all ingredients together, but keep a bit of the pistachios flour back for sprinkles.
Make 10 bars out of the batch and place in the fridge for minimum 2 hours.
If you like peppermint flavor you can add 1 drop peppermint essential oil to the mixture, or you prefer vanilla flavor, add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the mixture.
Melt the chocolate and cover the bars with chocolate and sprinkle with the rest of the pistachio flour.
