Beets, Ginger, Turmeric, Lemon and Parsley Juice

Ingredients:

 

500g organic red beets
10 cm organic fresh ginger
3 organic fresh turmeric
1 1/2 organic lemon (use the whole lemon)
1 bundle organic parsley

Process:

 

Wash the beets well and cut of the ends and check for remaining dirt on them. Peel the ginger and turmeric, wash the lemons and parsley well.

Put all the ingredients into the juicer.

Beets are high in many vitamins and minerals: Potassium, magnesium, fiber, iron, vitamin A, B, and C, beets are also packed with nitrates.

Adding some beetroot juice (nitrate-rich) to the workout plan can enhance our strength, stamina and endurance, it will help open up the vessels to allow a better oxygen flow in the muscles.

Ginger have among many benefits: Anti-inflammatory, boosts immunity and pain reduction.

Turmeric contain a compound called Curcumin and has a very powerful Anti-inflammatory effect and strong antioxidant.

Parsley has a very high amount of chlorophyll, which will help give you a good supply of Vitamin K and helps with the detoxification of toxins.
