Ingredients:
40g cashew nuts, blended into flour
75g figs
75g dates
15g cranberries
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp raw cocoa
2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Zest from 1 organic lime
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2-3 tbsp herbal the (pukka: ginger and lemongrass)

Process:
