30g almond flour or 30g almonds blended into flour
2 tsp chia seeds

2 tbsp raw cocoa
2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Zest from 1 organic tangerine (clementine)
2-3 tbsp cold ginger the (pukka three ginger)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Process:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth paste but hold back on the ginger the (you can use any kind of herbal the or water) add 2 tbsp first and see how dry the paste is before adding the last tbsp, you might even have to add more, it depends on the consistency. When you have a thick paste consistency place it into the fridge for half an hour to cool off before rolling the bites.
It’s optional using protein powder, so if you choose not to use protein powder then don’t add the ginger the or other herbal the.
Topping:
3 tbsp ground goji berries
3 tbsp shredded coconut
Mix the ground goji berries and the shredded coconut for rolling the bites in, the goji berries gives the bites a tangy taste and also known as a superfood. The bites last for 5-6 days in the fridge.
