Ingredients:
10g organic unsalted pistachio
30g organic raw almonds
150g dates, cut into 3 pieces
2 tbsp organic virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp organic raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp organic shredded coconut
1/4 tsp organic cardamom
1/4 tsp organic vanilla powder
1/4 tsp organic matcha powder
1 drop of organic peppermint essential dietary oil
Topping:
Extra Unsalted pistachio blended into crunchy pieces mixed with shredded coconut and some matcha powder.

Process:
Place the pistachios and almonds in the blender and blend until its flour, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until a smooth paste and place in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes.
Roll the paste bites into desired size and roll them in the “topping”.
Best served cold.
