Ingridents:
350g organic grass feed minced beef
4 portobello mushrooms
1organic red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 organic cucumber, thinly sliced
6 organic tomatoes, sliced
1/2-1 organic avocado, sliced
1 small head of romaine salad, sliced
Organic ketchup
Dijon mustard

Process:
Shape the meat into 2 burger patties and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Clean the portobello mushrooms.
Place the meat on the barbecue, and grill it to your liking, the mushrooms need also to be grilled on both sides so they turn nice warm and soft.
When meat and mushrooms are ready place your stack your burger with the vegetables, ketchup and mustard.
