Raw Avocado Chocolate Mousse


2 ripe avocados
40 g raw organic cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk
4 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla powder
a pinch of fine Himalaya salt



Place all ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth. Add more agave for sweetness, if necessary. Add more almond milk until you reach the preferred mousse consistency.
Place in jars for serving. Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours.

Before serving, top with preferred toppings.
