1 red pointed cabbage, finely sliced
1 big or 2 small heads of fennel, finely sliced
2-3 big handfuls podded fresh green peas (frozen works well too)
1 bundle fresh dill
Juice from 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Slice the cabbage and fennel fine, mix it in a bowl, add the podded fresh green peas and rough chopped dill, drizzle lemon juice and olive oil and mix it gently.
Keep some green peas and dill for garnish.
Place it all in a serving plate and garnish with salt and pepper and the last green peas and dill.
