Ingredients:
125g -150g Salmon sashimi
1/2 -1 avocado
If we have sushi, I always order extra salmon sashimi for the next morning for my breakfast.
Very nice and feel good breakfast.
But before eating, start your morning with Alkaline Water (1 tbsp lime juice, 1/4 tsp Himalaya salt and water) on an empty stomach.

It’s important to start the morning with a high protein breakfast. I rotate between different kind of proteins and fats (red meat, chicken, salmon, eggs or any kind of leftover meat from the day before with some kind of nuts/seeds, avocado or berries) it’s beneficial to a good start to the day. Doing this will help you maintain a healthy and stabile blood sugar level throughout the morning.
