Boil your eggs to your liking. I eat somewhere between 3-4 eggs and a handful of asparagus.
But first start the morning with Alkaline Water (1 tbsp of lime juice, 1/4 tsp Himalaya salt and water) on an empty stomach.
It’s important to start the morning with a high protein breakfast. I rotate between how I do my eggs, some mornings this kind (soft boiled eggs) and other mornings omelette or fried eggs. Additionally, rotating between different kind of proteins and fats (chicken, eggs, salmon, red meat or any kind of leftover meat from the day before with some kind of nuts/seeds, avocado or berries) is beneficial to a good start to the day. Doing this will help you maintain a healthy and stabile blood sugar level throughout the morning.
