1-1,5 cooked/grilled chicken breast

When I cook chicken for dinner, I always cook some extra pieces, so I have for a few breakfasts the next mornings to come. It even makes it easier to do the right choices and super quick to prepare.
Important to start the day with protein (chicken) and fat (avocado). The protein will provide you with a steady and slow rice in your blood sugar. The fat gives you a more stabile blood sugar level over a longer time. You will feel fuller for a longer time and you will not feel you have to snack between breakfast and lunch.
But first start the morning with Alkaline Water (1 tbsp of lime juice, 1/4 tsp Himalaya salt and water) on an empty stomach.
