Ingredients:
150 g beef carpaccio
1 tbsp pine nuts
About 10 leafs of fresh basil
Olive oil
Salt

Process:
Super easy breakfast and very filling.
Place the beef on your plate add the pine nuts, basil salt and pepper to finish off drizzle a bit of olive oil

But first drink the Alkaline Water (1 tbsp juice from a lime, 1/4 tsp Himalaya salt and water) on an empty stomach

Important to start the day with protein (beef carpaccio) and fat (pine nuts and olive oil). The protein will provide you with a steady and slow rice in your blood sugar. The fat gives you a more stabile blood sugar level over a longer time. You will feel fuller for a longer time and you will not feel you have to snack in between the meals.
