Smoked Salmon with Avocado

Ingredients:

140g smoked salmon
1/2 – 1 avocado

One of my very easy breakfasts and great start of the day.

But first drink the Alkaline Water (1 tbsp juice from lime, 1/4 tsp Himalaya salt and water) on an empty stomach.

Important to start the day with protein (salmon) and fat (avocado), the protein (salmon) will provide you with a steady and slow rise in your blood sugar. The fat (avocado) gives you a more stabile blood sugar level over a longer time. You will feel fuller for a longer time, and you will not feel you have to snack in between the meals.
