Smoked Paprika and Salt Roasted Cashew Nuts

Ingredients:

200 g cashew (natural)
125 g himalaya Salt (fine)
500 ml water
1 tbsp smoked paprika

 


Process:

 

Bring water to boil and then add the salt, cook for a min and let the salt dissolved a bit before adding  the cashew nuts  let them simmer for 10 min.
Drain the cashews and let them dry a bit.

Heat the oven at 150º Celsius

Mix the  cashew nuts with the smoked paprika in a little bowl with a spoon before placing them on a sheet of baking paper and roast for 25 min in the oven.
