2-4 sweet potatoes (depending on their size)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper
Peel the potatoes and half them if they are too big.
Cut three-quarters through the sweet potato and very thin slices.
Place them on a greased baking tray and drizzle olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Cook in the oven at 200° Celsius for 40 min, brush the potatoes with the melted butter cook for another 5 min brush again and cook again 5 min.
When they have a nice golden color they should be finished.
