500g fresh tuna steaks
1 mango ready to eat
1 avocado ready to eat
1 little red chili
1 red onion
10 red plum cherry tomatoes
1 bundle of fresh coriander/cilantro
Salt and pepper
(Black Bean Spaghetti)
Cut mango, avocado, onion, tomatoes and chili into small dices, add the roughly chopped coriander/cilantro and mix it and taste it with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill pan or the bbq and fry the tuna steaks very quick or to your liking.
Serve the tuna steak with the mango salsa and lime, I also cooked some black bean spaghetti to have some carbohydrates on my plate.
