Macha Tea Protein Bites with Pomegranate Juice

Ingredients:

30g almond meal or blended almonds into flour
12-15 Medjool dates (pitted) or 20 smaller dates (150g)
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 scoop protein powder
3 tbsp fresh pomegranate juice
1/4 tsp macha tea

 


 

Process:

Blend the almonds in a blender into flour, add  dates but cut them a  into 2-3 pieces, add all the other ingredients, blend until it feels like a thick paste, if it’s too dry add 1 tbsp more pomegranate juice.
Cool for 30 min in the fridge, then roll them into small balls it makes normally 20-22 pieces.

 

Topping:

2 tbsp shredded coconut
Less than 1/4 tsp macha
Mix the 2 together and roll the balls in it,  put  the bites in the fridge until use, can last in the fridge for 5-6 days.
