Ingredients:
1 banana (mashed)
2 organic eggs (size M)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 dl/ 1/2 cup coconut flour
2,5 dl/ 1 cup shredded coconut
5 tbsp coconut milk
70g chopped almonds
30g chopped raw pistachios
Process:
Whisk the eggs well and then add all the other ingredients well so their will not be any clumps in the batter.
Grease the pan with some coconut oil and put the batter into the pan and should be around 1 cm high, drizzle the chopped nuts onto the batter.
Bake for 25 min at 170º Celsius
Let sit for a while before taking it out and cut into bars.
