2 ripe bananas
110 g almond flour
1½ tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
75 g semi dried blueberries/frozen blueberries
50 g melted dark chocolate 80% (optional)
Preheat the oven at 180º Celsius
Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl, in another bowl whisk the eggs together, then add almond flour, agave syrup. Fold in the baking soda and blueberries to finish off.
Grease a tin with coconut oil and pour the mixture in tin.
Bake for +30 min.
When cold pour melted chocolate over the bread.
